Cancellation Policy for Live courses

Cancellation Notice:
Refunds for Live Courses will be honored if notice is received by Aureus prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be honored after this date. If Aureus must cancel a Live course, Aureus will issue a full refund of registration fees paid. However, Aureus assumes no responsibility for additional costs incurred by the registrant (e.g. airfare, hotel fees, etc.)

Substitution:
We will accept a registration substitution at any time prior to the start of the program. Please FAX your substitution request to: 504-833-4567.

No Shows to Live Courses:
Registrants who enroll in a course and do not attend the program, i.e., a "no show" will not receive a refund.

Hotel Reservations:
Registrants are responsible for making hotel reservations. Suggested hotel and course location will be available on our website.
