Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice:
Refunds will be honored if notice is received by Aureus prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be honored after this date. If Aureus must cancel a course Aureus will issue a full refund of registration fees paid. However, Aureus assumes no responsibility for additional costs incurred by the registrant (e.g. airfare, hotel fees, etc.)

Substitution:
We will accept a registration substitution at any time prior to the start of the program. Please FAX your substitution request to: 504-833-4567.

No Shows:
Registrants who enroll in a course and do not attend the program, i.e., a "no show" will not receive a refund.

Hotel Reservations:
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Actual hotel and location will be available on our website under "Training Dates."
